About Immaculate Gardens and Ground Care

Immaculate Gardens & Ground Care is owned by Paul Palmer. The business has been in operation since 2008. Paul has a proven track record working within the horticultural industry and has attained a number of qualifications to formalise his skills and knowledge. Whilst Paul was training at college, he took a part time position within Sainsbury’s Supermarket Ltd working in stores across the Birmingham region, which has enabled him to understand how important it is to listen to customers and to effectively deliver their requirements for everything to run smoothly for all involved.

Continual Improvement
Paul takes a pro-active approach in making improvements to the business through listening to customer feedback. In addition to this, the attendance of further training courses to ensure knowledge and skills are kept up to date, as well as ensuring the business is legal and compliant with current and future legislation.
